  You can also convert a Windows Installer package to a ThinApp application using InstallShield Editor’s ThinApp Assistant. Using the ThinApp Assistant, you can configure a ThinApp application’s Active Directory settings, files, folders, shortcuts, registry settings, isolation options, and build options.
